Daily saunagus with organic essential oils in a Hellerup fitness spa. The harbor air carried a chill as I walked along Tuborg Havnevej in Hellerup, a quiet suburb north of Copenhagen. I had heard about Wellcome through a friend who swore by its spa for shaking off the week's stress. The building looked modern, part of a fitness center with glass fronts reflecting the gray Danish sky.
