With a length of 12 m and a width of 4.2 m, it offers enough space for the whole family on approx. 30 m². The hot water heating in combination with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a great holiday even in autumn and winter. Maneuver your houseboat in the harbor from box to box with ease with the built-in bow thruster. Find the most beautiful anchorages that others do not see with our anchor system specially developed for houseboats. Living room with steering position, table and chairs, sofa with sleeping function, cupboard and kitchenette as well as large picture windows. 1st bedroom with a 1.60 double bed, large sliding door to the rear terrace and 2nd bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower, electr. Toilet and sink. Stern terrace with outboard motors, gas locker and bathing ladder. The front terrace with table and chairs is ideally accessible through the spacious patio doors. As an extra, an electric sauna is installed in the rear area.
