Sea-dip sauna community in Copenhagen's Svaneknoppen. The chill of a Copenhagen afternoon hung in the air as I made my way to Svaneknoppen. I had heard about RunningSauna from a friend who swore by its mix of heat and cold for shaking off the week's grind. Founded by Anders Andersen, the place draws from years of winter bathing and training to build a community around sauna use. It felt like the right spot for someone like me, always chasing that balance of warmth and recovery. I arrived on a Thursday, one of the days they offer their aufguss sessions.
