Travel where your heart desires. Enjoy the ride as you drive Gertie to a forest glade or a mountain top, the opportunities are endless. Relax as you surround yourself with nature or get active on mountain bike trails. At the end of the day, snuggle down as Gertie has everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep. We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire and we have the Cotswolds on our doorstep. The South Coast, Wales and Devon are all just a couple of hours away. We are committed to providing a great experience with Gertie and she is fully equipped with kitchen and dining essentials, as well as being able to provide whatever you may need for a small charge. Pets are welcome. She has all the latest technology to make the experience run smoothly and hassle free. Gertie is a 2023 California Ocean SWB 150 PS 2.0 TDI 7sp DSG in Reflex Silver and Starlight Blue. With DSG gearbox, digital dash and upgraded steering you can relax and just enjoy the ride. Setting up is a breeze with the electric pop top with new thicker fabric and the straightforward touch screen camping control panel. This iconic van is a joy to drive and looks amazing on the road. She has a lock box for your valuables and a larger 80l fuel tank for those longer journeys in more remote areas. She has a diesel heater and air conditioning. There is also a shower attachment at the back of the van for rinsing off dirty dogs or washing. Pets are welcome. There is a mattress for the pop top and a comfort mattress for the lower bed. Cutlery, pans, ridge monkey, kettle, utensils, plates, cups and glasses supplied. We have a gated drive where you can leave your car. There is a cctv camera on the gate and over the drive so your vehicle would be secure. Pick up is from 3-6pm and drop off is from 10-12 am. Extended pick up and drop can be arranged but will be subject to a £50 fee. We would consider drop off and collection within a 50 mile radius. We could also arrange collection from Swindon train station. Airport collection would also be considered.
