You could discover the clear blue sea, hidden bays and beaches on the north, middle and, for a longer time, even the southern part of Croatia. Islands which are to visit when sailing from the direction of Pula are Krk, Cres, Veli Lošinj, Rab, Pag and many more, depending on what you want to sea. However, since you'll be in Istria, one of Croatia's most special regions, do't miss out on its beauties as well. It is a gastronomy heaven and the wine is pretty amazing too.
